Video calling on One plus 6t?

My husband got his phone one month before me and his phone has it, but mine does not. Anyone know how to get it? I don't want to use Skype. Thank you!

OTA - Over The Air: which usually refers to updates for your sevice.  You do have the latest update available so far and the correct software version.

So I do I handle the phone closing apps I'm using or opening apps without touching them? There's also the constant scrolling down or up the article I'm trying to read.

I am looking to submit my Verizon bill to T-Mobile via-email. However, the email address that was provided is not correct. ( RCSoultion@t-mobilesupport.com) can someone please provide the correct email.

Well, had the same problem "You are not able to make calls at this time.  always allowed numbers can be reached the fix was a bug in THE FREE NETFLIX

the family wallet in Netflix once they canceled Netflix account I was able to make phone calls, they try to put Netflix back I couldn't make phone calls.

Those are the exact issues I read about on the OnePlus forum, but people also mentioned cross-flashing.  Perhaps wait for the next uodate to roll out to see if that solves the issue for you.  Tou might want to file a support ticket with OnePlus also to make sure they are aware that it affects more than just those who flashed to a different firmware.

Verizon is using CDMA and LTE as of now both technologies is not compatabile at all. So if verizon is using VoLTE calls and LTE will drop to CDMA the call will always drop this is most common when you enter a basement and parking lot while on the phone it will drop and verizon will offer cust a 1 minute credit to their account about that but if customer is using CDMA call it will not drop but you cannot use data while on call. So verizon offers their customers to turn it off or On for their convenience. GSM networks like at&t and tmobile, LTE, 3G and 2G are all compatible so it should not drop the call. I think the reason why tmobile will not offer to turn VoLTE off because tmobile has a tower that is only LTE and no 3G so if u only have 3g call you cannot make a call. Might be a network issue or the network you are calling to

Hey I have the exact same issue. It is very annoying how on some OnePlus phones it works and most of the time it doesn't. There should be a solution for this. Did you find a fix?

Hello,

 

During a visit to the USA last month I got a prepaid SIM card from the T-mobile shop in Pittsburgh (store 3463)  for $44.45 and have discovered that two extra (unauthorised) debits of $40 each were put through on my credit card - how do I l request that these be refunded?

 

I have a copy of my original receipt (#CTMQ41CDX71945) and evidence from my credit card for the three transactions of $40, $44.45 & $40.

Thanks for your help. What I did do was in Window,Transition, and Animator duration scales I dropped them to .5 . Now I have another problem. I downloaded and installed the LG Bridge. My laptop will not recognise my V30. As it was installing I would get these white boxes, but was unable to read the info inside. I wound up uninstalling, and sent an email to LG describing the problem.

I have the Motorola z3 it takes me 15 - 20 minutes per picture if I send text on average. Took 30 minutes the other day.  Wifi does not help.  Small file sizes do not help.  Been 15 minutes now for a simple text message that simply said "thank you: to be sent.  This is ridiculous.  Nothing against T mobile support but this is not an isolated incident.  I am seriously thinking of switching carriers as this is a never ending story every single day it seems although it does not happen all the time it happens every day more than once a day. My data usage is less than 4 GB so I should NOT be getting throttled.  At first I thought it was my phone but 2 other people I know have the same issue.  Now I get a message that the text could not be sent try again - this happens alot as well.  I really like Tmobile but this is not working out!!!

I hear you. Customer Service at the store is good, and when I signed up with T-Mobile I was getting the service I needed.... NOT ANYMORE! Just had an aweful experience... website didn't work, tmobile app didn't work, CHAT is useless, was bounced around from customer service dept to dept... no one speaks clear English anymore.  All I wanted to do was update my credit card info for autopay... it took over 1 hour and it still wasn't done! I was so frustrated I just hung up on them. Very inefficient customer service dept now.... I'm getting another carrier asap.

I went into a T-Mobile store today and got a semi-official statement from the store person ("semi-official", because store people don't have authority to make truly official statements, though they do represent the company): there is no currently known plan to provide eSIM support for anything beyond the new-prepaid-account support currently offered through the T-Mobile eSIM app. That could change, of course, but there's nothing in the foreseeable future that anyone in the store knew about. I believe that to be the case - that there's no support for existing postpaid being planned. I could be wrong, but if so, it's a well-kept secret (for reasons that are hard to understand).

 

So I walked over to the nearby AT&T store and had them port my T-Mobile number over to my AT&T account and activate the eSIM. Works great. Right now. Actually saved a couple of dollars ($30 less on my T-Mobile plan, $24 more on my AT&T plan - didn't add any data to existing plan), but that won't be true for most people.

 

You can still try the unsupported tricks described earlier in this thread, which seem to work for most people (I chose not to do that, since my travel situation requires real support).

 

Moral of story: it's hard to see T-Mobile as a company focused on customer satisfaction in the way that Amazon is. It's just another giant greedy corporation whose top priority is senior executive compensation. If their products and services meet your needs, enjoy.

I had the same issue with my LGG5 Android V6. My fix is for Androids only.( may work for apple if they have metros version)

Uninstall T-Mobile visual voicemail, then go out to the play store and install MetroPCS visual voicemail.

I did this back in January 2019 and it has worked perfectly for me.

I was having the same issue for months back in 2018. Couldn't get any help from T-Mobile.

So I started thinking outside the box. I installed MetroPCS visual

voicemail and Wham-O it has worked flawlessly ever since.

Now I just got a LGG8 Thin-Q With Android 9.0 PIE and I was not getting T-mobiles Visual voicemail again.

I performed the same steps here and uninstall T-Mobile visual voicemail and install metroPCS visual voicemail and again works flawlessly.

Same exact problem here (Note8 Android Pie) - and it just started yesterday (6/3) after a very recent additional Tmobile update. I have a tried all of the suggested approaches listed above and nothing has worked. Anyone with any new ideas?

T-Mobile has no networks in Mexico of Canada but rather roams on Canadian and Mexican networks.

According to GSMarena.com, the Mi 9 SE Global lacks LTE band 2, 12 or 71. It also lacks UMTS band 4.

If someone gave one to me I'd give it a try but I don't think I'd buy one, based on what I've found.
